Harvested at optimum maturity and fermented on skins for 14 days then matured for 14 months in a combination of new and 1-2 year old French oak hogsheads.

COLOUR
Deep vibrant purple.

Enticing blackberry and plum aromas with spicy vanilla and mocha oak.

PALATE
Elegant palate of vibrant berry fruit flavours with a complex and lingering cherry oak tannin finish.

Enjoy with a premium steak.

CELLARING
A very attractive wine now, the 2007 cabernet sauvignon has longevity and will reward careful cellaring up to 2017.
